In the period August – September 2017, in Sofia /Bulgaria/, Bulgarian sports development association has organized 8 meetings dedicated to the group of 20 young athletes. Each meeting lasted 4 hours and has been guided by the principles of non formal learning and peer learning . The meetings has been divided in 2 parts: some of the meetings was dedicated to learn the sports practiced by the other participants in the group; so during the workshops they have been both trainees and instructors. The other part of the meetings has been be facilitated by youth workers and has proposed simulation games and role-plays to foster the development of the following competences: ability to stay focused, stress management, frustration and failure management, team work, self-awareness.
